Thirty Years of Stone and Family

Deep in the heart of Sarayat al Maadi, our workshop has carried a single, continuous rhythm for over three decades. Taught by his father before him, our master artisan now guides his own son on the very same lathes. We don't just sell stone—we preserve a lineage of authentic Egyptian craft.
The Craftsmanship in Motion
Every single piece that leaves our shop carries the collective memory of family hands. Watching the lathe carefully shape a raw block of stone reveals its innermost textures. It requires years of experience to know exactly how much pressure the stone can sustain before revealing its beautiful translucence.
Sourced from Luxor

While modern mass-market alternatives often rely on soft, chalky gypsum, we craft our collections exclusively from genuine Egyptian Calcite Alabaster. Geologically classified as a compact, banded travertine stone or stalagmitic limestone, this material is significantly harder and more durable than its alternative counterparts.
Deposited over historical eras in the floors and walls of deep limestone caverns or calcareous springs, its beautiful natural banding is only visible once cut in cross-section. We operate our own factory and bring these authentic blocks straight from Luxor to Cairo.
Beyond Alabaster
Though our family name remains anchored to the traditional calcite art, our workshop specializes in working with premium Egyptian stones, including rare onyx variations, porphyry, and bespoke marble types. No matter the material, our goal remains uniform: making fine, authentic stone art accessible directly from the master's hand.
